ONE MORE YEAR TO LIVE?😳👀
What if you found out that you only had one year to live, is there anything you would do differently? If the answer is yes, then there are some things you probably need to change right away - not because you’re going to die, but because you need to begin to LIVE!🙌🏾🤸🏿♀️
With just 12 more months to live I’m sure we would all want to get started on living our best lives right now, right? Does that mean that we would get out of stressful relationships? Or maybe purchase better insurance policies? Spend more time with people we love? Go sky-diving? Start a business? Take month long vacations touring European countries?✈️🎡🏰
What is it that you should be going after right now but you’re not?🤔Spend some quiet time in meditation and get the plan of God for your life. Don’t just run out there and do whatever you feel like; make sure you have a plan to execute. I’m sure you’ve heard the saying, “Don’t just sit there, do something!’ Well, I’m saying the exact opposite, “Don’t just do something, sit there!” Sit there and meditate, get quiet, and get God’s plan. Then all that will be left to do is to execute!🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♀️
What we do not want to see this year, is for it to end up being a repeat of last year’s challenges and mistakes. But, we do run the risk of doing that if there is no plan for 2022 (and the 1st quarter ends today😩😳👀). If we were to ask each other what our plans were for this year, the plans should roll off our tongues easily, we should know them by heart! If we’re asked about our 2022 plans we should not be saying, “Well I’m thinking about taking a vacation but not sure;” or .. “I want to get a new car but haven’t checked out prices yet; I want to buy a house but don’t know my credit score; I want to leave this job but not sure what I would do if I quit; I need to form new relationships and surround myself with different people, but don’t know where to look.”
Those aren’t plans. Those are just ideas that pop in and out of our minds. God’s plans are firm, concise, and have actionable steps.
