METAVERSE PART 4

It’s decentralized, it’s on the blockchain, we can shop or have meetings there, we can play games, exercise, have prayer meetings, and meet up with our friends to have fun. And, we can also purchase property there! We’re still talking about the metaverse!🙌🏾

There are many platforms there that you can buy property from but the 2 that I am most familiar with are Decentraland and Sandbox. It’s actually a simple process to purchase: First of course you create an account and link your digital wallet there. (On Decentraland if you don’t link your wallet you can still customize your avatar and chat with other people, but you won’t be able to log in to events or participate in daily rewards).

Select the parcel of land/property you want to purchase. Once your wallet is attached then you’re good to go. Hit the confirm button and you’ll have your virtual property! As the metaverse becomes more and more popular I believe we’ll see investors and crypto enthusiasts buying up more real estate. If you want to buy now is the time, and as with everything else do your due diligence!

The concept is the same as buying an NFT in that you own the asset and since it exists on the blockchain, anyone can verify its authenticity. Later you can sell your virtual land once it appreciates in value, or you can decide to rent it out (yep, you surely can!) 😜

Uh oh … I can hear the questions: Sherma this is crazy, who would rent a digital building, and why? How would the person who is renting the space make any money? Well, consider this: Let’s say you bought digital land without a building on it, or maybe you bought a building with nothing in it, you can rent out that land to someone who wants to build something on the land, OR, you can rent out the building to someone who wants space in your neighborhood. Why would they want an empty building? They’re probably going to use the space to launch a store - maybe your tenant intends to sell things from the building; maybe they want to rent it out for meetings or other events. Just allow your imagination to run wild with this.

What will they sell in the building, Sherma? Honey, I don’t know and I really don’t care, but I do know that if I have the opportunity to make some money from a legal transaction that is on either a digital or a natural platform and I have peace in my heart about it, baby I’m all in! 🤸🏾‍♀️ What if you bought land very early on in the metaverse … and it’s in a prime location … and Forever 21 wanted to rent the building from you to put their store in that location? Would you rent it to them? Babyyyyy let me tell you, YES I WOULD!

I’ve had enough of those days, not able to pay bills in full, unable to take vacations, or buy some expensive tennis shoes, unable to hire a housekeeper or a Chef (and if you know me, you know how much I dislike cooking), unable to pamper myself with regular massages and time off whenever I want it. I am never ever living that way again! And if it means that I have to be willing to listen to a different point of view and get out of my comfort zone, then yep, I’ll do it, listening to the Holy Ghost all the way!

Listen! Don’t allow yourself to stay in the traditional lanes of “I’m not sure, I don’t know, I can’t touch it, wait a minute, well, maybe … but I can’t hold it,” etc. Wealth always finds the people who make quick decisions! Because you and I cannot touch or see something doesn’t mean that it isn’t real. As a matter of fact, we are already accustomed to things that aren’t real to other people but are real to us - because we’ve been living our lives in spiritual realms! Things in spiritual realms are more real where we cannot see them, than they are in natural realms where we do see them! 🤷🏾‍♀️

Early adopters have already made a fortune buying and selling digital real estate and there are still lots of opportunities. So pray, receive your peace, and jump on in! See you tomorrow!😜
