It’s FriYAY! Here’s what we discussed this week:
Coinbase launched a new payments service that is supposed to make it easier to participate in DeFi or to trade NFT’s. They’re pushing their platform right past the nose of Metamask (lol!) and even described Metamask as “a cumbersome process that involves multiple steps,” and has a high potential for user error. Oooooooh, the shade of it all! 😩
I have been asking myself lately: Sherma, how much BTC do you want to own? I used to think of BTC in terms of how much money I could use to purchase it, but now I’m thinking of the actual coin itself. And I want more than one. My question to you still is: Will you be a crypto/BTC millionaire?🤑
Cryptocurrency prices are creeping back up there! Today BTC is $44K (it was $43K 2 days ago👀), and ETH is now at $3100 (it was at $3K 2 days ago). I do believe that there is a strong bullish move returning to the markets right now, and even though I’m pretty sure prices will bounce around up and down as they usually do, I won’t be surprised to see record highs.
Sending crypto is irreversible! 🚫Please check and triple check the wallet address you provide when sending cryptocurrency (which is why you are advised to copy and paste the wallet address rather than manually typing it in). If you make a mistake when entering your wallet address there’s no way to retrieve your coins because transactions on blockchain were designed to be irreversible. Once it’s transferred, your crypto asset will now belong to the person who owns the wallet that it was sent to,☹️ so beware!
What are the plans for this weekend? My week was different, packed with good stuff but still different so I guess I’ll be playing catch up on all the work I didn’t get to do this week.
